SPEAK CONNECTION

Approach

At Speak Connection, emotional well-being, belonging, and inner peace begin with connection, not just to others, but also to ourselves and the world around us. My approach works across three layers of connection:

Connection to Self

Before we can build meaningful relationships with others, we need to feel safe and at home within ourselves. Many of us carry silent burdens, stories of rejection, loss, or self-doubt, that cause us to turn inward or disconnect. Through conversations, reflective tools, and supportive coaching, I help you explore your inner world, your values, voice, needs, and strengths, so you meet who you really are again.

Connection to Others

Whether you’re rebuilding trust, navigating loneliness, or feeling disconnected from those around you, I create a space to relearn how to relate, with openness, safety, and authenticity. You’ll practice the skills needed to form meaningful connections and shift from guarded interactions to more open, relational experiences.

Connection to Community

Belonging is a basic human need, and a collective responsibility. Structural loneliness often results from exclusion, marginalization, or social stigma. Here, work expands into the communal: creating inclusive spaces, challenging disconnection, and fostering shared experiences that help people feel part of something larger. I believe that when people feel safe to show up as themselves, they begin to belong, not just in relationships, but in the world.

This layered approach is supported by a blend of evidence-based, person-centered practices, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Single Session frameworks. All sessions are held with a trauma-informed lens and a commitment to cultural sensitivity.
